Description
BMU is the communication interface between the BYD LV Premium batteries and the inverter. BMU is applicable for BYD B-Box premium LV systems (LVS 4.0, LVS 8.0, LVS 12.0, LVS 16.0, LVS 20.0, LVS 24.0 and LVL 15.4) and works as a control unit for the battery box systems. The BMU can handle 64 LVS module stacks (LVS 16.0) in parallel connection.
BMU is equipped with a WLAN interface as a standard. The Be Connect App communicates with the BMU through WLAN.
